Soil Investigation

- Mini soil sampler ideal for small jobs and tight sites - even indoors if you suffer from subsidence!
- Full interpretive report by structural engineer offering guidance for the design engineers.
Design Service
- 2 Certified Surveyors in Structural Waterproofing (CSSW) providing insurance backed guarentees for their basement design specifications.
- Qualified Structural Engineers with full Professional Indemnity Insurance for all design work.
- Experienced AutoCAD Technician for planning, Building Regs and construction drawings.
Construction of Basements and Houses
- Precast concrete walls (made on or off site) and cast insitu walls for basements.
- Insulated Concrete Formwork - concrete walls but cast inside permenant insulation for very warm houses.
- SIPs - highly insulated timber panels made off site and erected in a short time on site. Houses only in the UK - they use them in the dry parts of America for basements though!
Groundworks
- Foundations: Traditional strip or trench filled for standard house designs on good soils, piled or raft slabs for softer conditions. Also insulated foundations and slab available.
- Drainage packages including deep level pumping stations for ground or foul water.
- Full package of groundworks to build your basement, any additional foundations and all drainage requirements.

We offer a National coverage with our site team who are based in Farnborough in Hampshire. The company was founded by two ex Army Officers who served in the Brigade of Gurkhas. The site workers are ex Gurkha soldiers mostly from the Queen’s Gurkha Engineers. As ex-soldiers they are quite used to ‘deploying’ to jobs and have worked from Inverness in Scotland to Newton Abbot in Devon.
